Asian and darker skin races that exhibit deep acne scars are best suited to Fractional CO2, Erbium laser, or Fractional Radio Frequency treatment as the risks of skin colour changes are less. Acne scar revision using the erbium laser, or Fractional –Profractional method also has a quicker recovery time compared to CO2 lasers.
